Baghdad, March 17, 2025 – Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani has officially launched the AynIQ mobile application, a groundbreaking digital verification and emergency response platform. Integrated with the 911 Rapid Response Directorate, the app leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to provide citizens with faster access to emergency services and secure digital identity verification. This initiative aligns with Iraq’s national digital transformation strategy, enhancing public safety, streamlining government services, and fostering a more efficient, AI-driven governance system.

بغداد، 17 مارس 2025 – أطلق رئيس الوزراء العراقي محمد شياع السوداني رسميًا تطبيق عين العراق (AynIQ)، وهو منصة رقمية متطورة تتيح التحقق الإلكتروني من الهوية وتوفر مجموعة من الخدمات الرقمية المتكاملة للمواطنين. يهدف التطبيق إلى تبسيط الإجراءات الحكومية، تحسين الاستجابة للطوارئ، وتسهيل الوصول إلى الخدمات الأمنية والإدارية من خلال التكامل مع مديرية الاستجابة السريعة 911. كما يتيح الإبلاغ عن الحوادث، تحديث الوثائق الرسمية، الاستعلام عن المخالفات ودفعها، وتجديد الأوراق الحكومية مثل رخص القيادة وشهادات الأحوال المدنية. يعتمد عين العراق على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتقديم تجربة مستخدم سلسة وآمنة، ويعد خطوة محورية في التحول الرقمي للحكومة العراقية لتعزيز الكفاءة والشفافية وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani inaugurated the Unified Emergency Number (911) project, executed by IRAQ Spectrum and Al-Aydy Al-Amina. The project unifies 26 emergency numbers into a single 24/7 hotline, supported by 51 advanced response stations nationwide. It enhances public safety, speeds up emergency response, and builds citizen trust in security institutions.

افتتح رئيس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني مشروع الرقم الموحد للطوارئ (911)، الذي نفذته شركتا طيف العراق والأيدي الأمينة، في خطوة نوعية لتعزيز الأمن والتحول الرقمي في العراق. يوحّد المشروع 26 رقم طوارئ في رقم واحد يعمل على مدار الساعة للاستجابة للحوادث والبلاغات. كما تم إنشاء 51 محطة استجابة متطورة على مستوى البلاد، مجهزة بكوادر متخصصة تتحدث عدة لغات، مما يساهم في تحسين الأمان وتسريع الاستجابة للطوارئ وتعزيز ثقة المواطنين بالمؤسسات الأمنية.
