About the Role
As an HR Representative, you will be the cornerstone of our people-focused initiatives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks while supporting the implementation of HR policies and programs. Your role will be vital in fostering a culture of engagement and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce trends to inform decision-making.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:Â Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
